Thanks for the comments; Guess it boils down to "making" government work. Government can and does in many instances work very well - in others it does not. Consistent with this thread, I believe just that. Walter Reed is especially frustrating to me. Bush has consistently said that he always goes to visit with recovering troops. That and that Walter Reed is so close to the White House is another example of a president that just does not seem to be hitting on all cylinders? And I am being kind with my comments here!
