Sun, you got it just after birth but don't give any hints to Nadine.

She needs to see if that creaky mind will turn over. Later we can check to see if there's any spark and if the fuel pump is functioning. g. Ed

A close Jewish friend of mine used to wish for Hamas to form the government in Palestine. When it happened, he was happy because he saw it as a very important step towards a lasting peace...then Nadine's heroes started their shenanigans and he was very disappointed. Some people get it, and some just can't

Ok, the Pals elect a terrorist group ideologically committed to jihad and destroying Israel, and this is a big step to peace? except Israel somehow spoiled it by not welcoming them with open arms, or something?

Yup, you're right. I don't get it. I am simple enough to believe that when somebody says that he intends to destroy Israel and kill or drive out the Jews, he means it.

Silly me, I know.

Just out of curiousity, does your friend believe that Hamas means it? Or is he one of the "no, it's just rhetoric, ignore it" crowd?
