A number of studies have shown that for most people, "rich" is whoever that makes 3x as much as they do. In essence, almost nobody considers themselves as "rich".

No, I think that's entirely wrong. It's the conventional wisdom but so what? Just because so many buy into the nonsense doesn't make the nonsense any more sensible.

It's this ridiculous myth that we're fed, it's nothing but propaganda. We are much more cooperative than competitive. If we weren't, we wouldn't get anything done.
