(Pink Sheets:WTAF) has approved a major corporate restructuring, effective immediately. The Company has successfully completed both the development and field testing of its safe drinking water products now found in over 30 countries. In 2007, Wataire Industries intends to aggressively exploit world wide sales opportunities through its exclusive world wide distribution agreement with Wataire International. At the same time, the Company is embarking on a major research and development program to explore commercial applications for its promising turbine, wind and solar power technologies. President Max Weissengruber will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer concentrating on long term business strategies, organizational development and corporate financing. Vice President and Director Nand Shankar will have important responsibilities for product quality control, shipping, warranty and customer service management as well as website development and overall corporate communications.
