My reaction to this speech (Liquidity is confidence) was that same as when I heard Greenspan's famous technology speech in March 2000 that marked the top of the Nasdaq insanity.

Of course Warsh isn't Greenspan, but I'm not sure how you can give a speech on liquidity and not talk about mortgages and the growing sector specific credit crunch.
