If it was a school for the children of Saudi diplomats, he was right it is Saudi territory. The children of diplomats would be travelling on diplomatic passports. Once they started taking in British students, I don't know what that does to diplomatic privilege. But if the school was on embassy property, it would be saudi territory......

I do not know of any publicly funded schools which are Christian or Jewish.
