Ronald Reagan was an actor and acted the part of the mythic leader very well. He had charisma and a manly toughness which disarmed his opponents. Schwartzneggar might be the only other guy I can think of who has that. Both actors. There will never be another Reagan. Clinton and JFK were also amazingly charismatic presidents capable of confounding their opponents with charm offensives. All irreplaceable leaders. We don't need another rightwinger. We need to start paying off our debts and taking care of our environment, middle class and military. We need a uniter not a divider. We need honesty and ethics back in DC. Our military needs about 5 years to recover from GW Bush, at least. So no more wars unless we're attacked first. We're spent.
