Although production is 5 years away, CUU is an interesting long term play. There will be significant dilution along the way to pay for the development, but in the end, shareholders will come out as winners.

and if Teck does back in, it will pay off in fine style, and quickly, as they'll have no trouble getting financed

For Teck to back in at the highest 75% level, in addition to paying CUU 4x expenditures, they also have to arrange the financing for production.
