DJEhuty,
It is my understanding that one PP was done at one time to obtain all the necessary $$$ to finance the completion of the feasibility study.

The stock has been very volatile for a couple reasons. One jason hommell (who took down a chunk of the PP and free trading shares)got a lot of his sheep to follow while he may have been selling at the time. This caused a lot of volatility in the stock.

I do fault management for their style of NR's.No water then water as an example. In addition whereas Silver IMO is more "sexy" in the market place than zinc I fault management for not releasing results from the silver drilling stating they would prefer to do a block model as some stock owners do not understand regular tabulated results by the hole. Hooyey.

Also ungodly delays in the mine plan. That was supposed to be out last September or October and then they needed an airborne survey which they got but delay after delay has not helped.

I see some fault here but as marcos, jack and others have said there is still 5 billion lbs of zinc in the ground there.

I sold my MMG during the last downdraft starting about 3.10 or a bit higher and sold my last shares at about 2.85. Someone had sent me a PM of a filing stating jason had the option to sell 400K and that prompted me. Whether he sold or not I do not know.

Tom

RE MMG "Any management that would do that does not have shareholder's best interests in mind and should be fired. But, since their board of directors is also incompetent they have not fired the executives of MMG." and "As a minimum these people should resign:

Merlin Bingham
President and Chairman of the Board of Directors"

The company exists because Merlin, a top-notch geologist, figured out the controls on mineralization, and in a very efficient manner, proved up the reserves at this property. He created value! I do not know any of the other guys, but the summary of their resumes looks impressive. Maybe it would make more sense for them to hire someone with expertise in the area where they appear to be weak (financing) rather than purging (and destroying) the whole company.
