kennedy and kerry killed a wind power project all but approved to supply 85% of cape cod electrical use. Darn when those state rights get in the way of Federal government cramming stuff down our throats huh? There might be gas or oil off my state too - but as a firm believer in states rights, the Federal Government can go to hell. There are lots of places that would welcome wind and/or solar power - let them locate there. We differ so much on alternate power John, I suspect this conversation is not worthy of more effort.
