I agree with you again, Koan, and that's a beauty of warrants that is often overlooked. It is how its price will react to a S/T move in the stock that is intriguing. The concern about a distant strike price or how long its life, can easily be given too much consideration. Risky, but in the long term it's not just the warrant that expires, it's us too ! Mind, I don't agree that this should be the attitude toward anything but a small part of one's PF ! Maybe I was too quick to agree ! lol
