Subprime snowball?

There was a short story on the news about Barclays Bank holding a $1 billion dollar credit line to one of the subprimes that looks to be going bankrupt soon. A billion here, a billion there- pretty soon it starts to add up- right?

I was stunned when the accounting scandals at Fannie Mae with Franklin Raines got swept under the rug. But, then again- we want to put a Louisiania Congressman who got caught taking a bribe on tape by the FBI and who had $90,000 in cash in his freezer- on the homeland security committee.

The taxpayers will get caught will another bailout like we did in the S&L crisis within a year, or two when this all comes crashing down.

The S&P 500 now has 45% of its earnings coming from outside US borders. US CEO's could give a shit about America and US Politicians would sell both their soul- and our ass- to the highest and lowest bidders respectively.

We need a complete and total political revolt in America and the birth of a 3rd party that returns control to the people and never looks back again for about another 50 years.

In twenty years- you'll either work for the government, in healthcare, be an investment banker- or, make $8 bucks an hour- because that will be the prevaing wage in the new world order.

A life of shopping at the bargain bin at WalMart and juggling credit card debt.
