BWR chart is very promising.

Highly volatile, but I really like its prospects. Not selling the warrants until at least next year.

Unless a force majeure comes along, which I can't see at this point. World will still need zinc as China and India finally get their acts together.

Thanks Koan... I am indeed prudent nature. And I did advised being prudent a few weeks ago and even hedging.

Ni and other base metals have certainly been better performers. But it doesn't mean that junior base metal stocks have been. They have been only in the last 12 months. This may or may not last.

Base metals are much more sensitive to recession than gold and it is not a given that Asia will hold the world together.

In other words, Ni is not immuned to a 50% correction or more. In fact it is very likely and in that context, a lot of profits would vanished.

Time will tell how this will unfold. But I personally believe that gold is about to start outperforming all commodities.

BTW,

My subscribers know about Ni. I recommanded Canico (laterite nickels) near $2-3 a few years back and it went to $20 on a takeover.
