Armitage leaked Plame, and has not been charged. Because he committed no crime. You think Fitzgerald wouldn't have prosecuted for the leak if he could have found a crime?

I seem to recall that President Bush said that whomever had exposed Valerie Plume will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law...


I think he said that the would be "persecuted".
