Hello wizzkid, I'll again reiterate the base fact: the cases are still moving forward. For all of your speculation on the final outcome, they are not over yet. Once they are over and settled, then we'll know the final outcome. The fact is ... none of the rest of peoples speculation matters. It'll be what the judge says ... or the results of the final appeals. Period. As for the rest of your comments, I appreciate your opinions. Your high-level of emotion demonstrates your passion for the subject. I enjoy the conversation more when people are so emotionally charged ... it keeps things entertaining! Scott C.
