Why doesn't anyone understand the idea of jury nullification?

probably because the only people to serve on juries are the ones to stupid to get out of it ..

Hey everybody!!
When you get behind those closed you can vote any way you wish to for any reason at all!!!

"Hey!! the defendant was wearing a blue shirt!! He's gotta be not guilty!"

Screw the judge. He's lying when he tells you: if such and such you have to find the defendant guilty.

He's lying when he says "I decide matters of law and you decide matters of fact." It's bullshit. You can vote any way you want for whatever reason you wish, INCLUDING IF YOU THINK THE LAW IS UNFAIR.

If you're there, vote your heart no matter what the judge says.

According to the Supreme Court, jury nullification is still alive, kickin' and OK in the US of A.

It is the greatest right of we the people.
