One thing most folks do not know is that Ann Coulter is a satirist by profession. Her claim to fame is not as a Talking Head nor a typical political pundit. Her claim to fame has been biting & hard hitting satire. Anyone who reads her work can quickly see that is the case. She has excelled at exposing the hypocrisy of the left by getting in their face on a regular basis. She sometimes says outrageous things intentionally because someone on the left has said or done something worse but got off scott free thanks to a compliant liberal media. She has always been edgy & tested the outer limits of acceptable behavior. Sometimes she has crossed them in the process. And you can rest assured that no MSM coverage of this incident has properly informed the public about these facts. Instead they typically portray her as a zealous, right wing extremist who is wildly popular with conservatives (because they too are zealous, knuckle dragging extremists too, doncha know?).
