Interesting scenarios, isn't it? I would tend to agree with the situation that Dale points out. The appeals process will go all the way till it is time for Bush to turn the lights off and then he pardons Libby and turns around and hands the keys of the White House to the next President after ensuring that the key "O" is removed from all the White House computer keyboards by his staff :)
