Lizzie, go back to Jr. College and take a valuation class. If you have anything further, I'll be back at the All Stars Forum.

But all your points are irrelevant because you can't see the big picture. As jobs continue to go overseas and the economy slows, more Americans will take the currently available jobs at places like WalMart and Kentucky Fried Chicken, reducing unemployment. This will allow the government to open up the borders to new immigrants, who will buy homes with their untarnished credit ratings. This will lead to a home building boom and the homebuilders will create more construction jobs for Americans as a result. Problems solved!

You just need to be able to think like the Wall Street types. It all makes perfect sense to them.

Cheap access to credit, a declining dollar and continued reckless deficit spending not coming home to roost can hide problems for a long time. The only sure given is a relentless continued decline in the purchasing power of our dollars.. Somehow, someway your dollar will buy you a lot less in ten years than today regardless of what happens to home prices or the DOW.. More than likely the 'crowd' will fail in their attempt to stay ahead of the game..

I agre - it sucks - but it might be a bull mkt. - by default. You figure 1000's of mutual funds + hedge funds + ETF'S And the shrinking #'s of shares available thru buyouts + buybacks and the share prices have to go up?? Someone else has already pointed this out - just a reminder tho. Well, since I said that - the mkt is bound to go Down... thank..enjoy everyone's thoughts. Paul
