There is enough "blame" to go around. INSM called TRCA all kinds of names and no human being can be expected to not have a reaction. No matter how INSM wish to paint itself, they are not the hero here who got shot down.

I wonder if there were some cross licensing of patents with this agreement w/o some sort of non-compete/good faith clause. An angry mind at TRCA may decide to put an iplex-like compound in development for the other indications. That would be ugly. One would think INSM wouldn't be that stupid.
