Liar. Bush-Cheney were never fairly elected. In 2000, it's clear they manipulated at least 30,000 Gore votes in Florida. So they never would have been in power to begin with. In Ohio 2004, the Bushie cheating was so gross and widespread nobody knows how many votes they stole, the estimates range from conservative (35,000 Christopher Hitchens who was anti-Kerry) to 350,000 (RFK Jr.).

One thing we do know for sure. The exit polls on election even 2004 showed Kerry with a 4% lead in Ohio, and by the end of the tallying Bush led by 4%. And GOP Rep Peter King once joked before that election "don't worry about the voting, we're the ones doing the counting". There are 5-6 books on the subject. Kerry very well could have beaten Bush. And even if he didn't, Bush ran the sleaziest most dishonest campoaign in US history, including openly lying that his campaign had nothing to do with the smearvets mountain of garbage, not a single bit of which was true.

Those silly Dems who slashed a few tires didn't steal cost Bush a single vote in Wisconsin. The ties were quickly changed asnd the vans rolled on.
