I really should have posted a new message; there was no intent to be critical -- as luck would have it you were the last post on the thread -- an easy click away and I was a bit I guess -- should have posted a new comment. Sorry. Ever consider that “moniker” of yours may be causing the hostility; after all doesn’t “Brianthebiker” congers up an image of skull tattoos, chains, and Hell’s Angeles wearing Nazi helmets? :^) Actually, the entire thread discourse has been quite informative -- emotion creates verve.

One of the problems Brian is you ask RCG to post good news articles, and frankly how many good news articles do you see in the news media. You are talking about media that makes it's bread and butter off misery. There are dozens of bad news items printed/posted/talked about for each good news article. So you are in effect asking the impossible. Since most of us accept that anyone who is Muslim and speaks out against radical Islam faces at the very least censure and at worst murder, it is difficult to gauge resistance simply because you or I would hesitate to risk the lives of our families to stand up and speak out against authorities, how much worse must it be in a land under sharia law? Also I think that much of the press coverage is devoted to smearing George Bush, so that good news from Islamic countries faces another hurdle, it runs counter to News media Propaganda.
