What does that mean? Are you asking for some kind of aparthied system in which no one can touch a Christian because they are protected? Are you using "protected" as in "protected species"?

Clarify what it is that you are after and how you are going to judge if that protection is reached.

Just do a search on 'church' and any Muslim country that you want, and you will quickly see that you are spouting nonsense about something which you don't understand, unless you have some bizarre definition of what constitutes a "protected Christain".

For example, 'Oman Church' in Google turned up this

As you will see there are numerous Christian Churches in Oman. These include Roman Catholic and Protestant and St Thomas Christian from Kerela in India (their Church dates from the legendary visit of the Apostle St Thomas (Doubting Thomas),. The Churches are in prominent locations, the land being provided freely by the Oman government. Freedom of worship is allowed in Oman and the reviewing body is the Ministry of Awqaf (charity) and Religious Affairs (note that it is not the Islamic Affairs Ministry as it handles affairs to do with Christian, Hindus, Jews, Buddhists etc as well as Islam).

To emphasize the non persecutionary aspect of Oman’s government Oman also has also hosted a permanent Israeli Trade Mission (– in much the same way as many countries in the world have a Taiwanese Trade Mission rather than an Embassy) and hosted Israeli Prime Ministers – though the Oman Government disagrees with the Israeli policy in Palestine.

I hope you will agree that Oman shows as much respect for other peoples religious beliefs as does your own country. I also trust that after reviewing the web sites below that you will wish to amend your Web Page about Oman. Do contact me should you wish for more information.
