Why are you opposed to greater clarity among the citizens of the country on why our government is doing to things that it is doing? I'm just requesting a better understanding of things. Your assumption that I will definitely disagree with the conclusion after all the explanation is on the table is wrong. You are trying to turn the results of a Military Tribunal decision into a court transcript. That is precisely what the tribunal is set up to avoid. These are not American Citizens, they are foreign nationals who have been found to be transnational actors. They are two different critters. One is subject to civilian review, the other isn't. The law is laid down so that even the Surpreme Court can't look at the transcript. You don't like that fact, "tough toenails." We are going to continue to fight this war using those parameters.
