When I look at the clintons' pardon list there is no way in my mind that Libby should not get a pardon.

Even if he was stupid to act in pro per for the initial phase of this debacle.

Yes he is.

As far as the pardon goes, I haven't made up my mind whether Bush should pardon Libby or not. It does seem to me that Libby may very well have lied about what he did or didn't say. And if he did indeed lie to investigators or a grand jury, then he should go to jail.
