Thanks Derek: Too bad the schools don't teach this either. That's silly. I'm a US citizen on US soil. The Fourth Amendment applies to me. The detainees are not US citizens, not on US soil, were not detained on US soil, and were detained in a war zone by military forces. The Fourth Amendment does not apply to them, and neither does habeas corpus.
