"investigation into the disclosure of Valerie Plame Wilson's identity as a covert CIA agent"

Ahh, the ol' repetition creates its own truth ploy.

What would happen if someone suggested that disclosure of a covert agent's identity should be actionable, and proposed that anyone who published such sensitive information should expect a heavy fine and lengthy prison sentence for violation of Homeland security. Then the president could ask Homeland security to look into the matter and arrest whoever leaked the information and whoever printed it.
