LMRA...I'm basically a TA trader, not a balance sheet/fundamental expert, so take what I say with a grain of salt.:)

I listened to the CC and from my viewpoint, it sounded good. As I understand it, here are some of the points:

1. They're trying to extend or renew 2 contracts they had in 2006.

2. They've had an increase in R & D spending, something I consider to be a positive.

3. They have new positions in key research and product development.

4. They added sales and marketing positions.

5. They have lots of product development and marketing.

6. No debt, strong balance sheet.

7. Seems they have a faster system than others.

8. Looking to outsource some of their capabilities for people who choose not to do it themselves.

9. Currently working with some big companies and are continually in communications with other companies to find partnerships. They mentioned looking for equipment suppliers to partner and said there could feasibly be a joint venture with an equipment supplier where the supplier would produce and LMRA would get a fee. Also could potentially partner with cable companies. They said they would make shareholders aware when any of this comes to be.

There were other things discussed. I took notes on what I could. In short, I liked what they had to say and there was nothing there to make me feel badly about trading/investing in the stock. Granted wish I could have sold at high yesterday and bought again at a low, but trading in my IRA doesn't afford me to do that. I have to wait three days for funds to clear and in three days something could be announced. Guess today will tell what's going to happen.

I have a buy in for shares at mid 3's, but really don't expect it to get filled. If it does it will please me.:) Course would like a fast dip then a move up. LOL
