No, the Christian rightwing are evangelicals from the Pentacostal and Southern Baptist type. There are some rightwing Catholics and Mormons too of course. Methodists and Unitarians tend to be liberal. Episcopalians are moderate Republicans.

The Methodist church is solidly against Bush-Cheney. And Bush is a Methodist. Many in the Methodist Church are outraged that SMU would considering letting Bush have a rightwing think-tank there and a presdiential library (filled with comicbopoks I guess).
