A ton of absolute private auctions coming soon? The discounting has only just begun.. On the REO front it seems most all the property at the courthouse steps goes back to the lender these days. New filings in many Florida counties have tripled from just a year ago.. I'm sure many more short sales and discounting by Plaintiffs will now be occurring so as not to take back the properties. And some'suits' actually thought since inventory in MLS isn't going up as fast these days we had hit bottom<g>
