Got my boat out of the barn this morning. Time to get it cleaned up and tuned and ready for the lake.

Good ones, again! I put Sweet Shirley on a plane at Oh-dark 30 this morning. She's off with her bro and their friends for nearly a month in Peru. Basking... here I come! I'll prolly over eat, over sleep and over drink. LOL No one to tell me "NO".

You can't even know how true those words are today...our friends' daughter is deeper and deeper into medical problems, and it's just so sad. We all feel so helpless. And our friends said they are both just feeling "frozen".... And certainly, none of us would every offer our own thoughts as to what we would do, because it would be wrong of us to do so. All we can do is stand with them, and just "be" there for them. When she called last night, she said they were just so glad all of us were there...and she knows that all of us feel her daughter is like our very own.

So everyone, these words are so very true....

Thanks ManyMoose, for putting these together for us... And the Tree... perfect!

Don't know why, but my favorite thing to do when I'm taking pictures of a tree is go underneath it, and shoot to the sky to see all the branches... Trees are very special indeed.
