I dont need to look, I know he increased it substantially. That is the job of the President, the MAINTENANCE of an old facility is NOT the Presidents job. And, when he found the person WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE didnt do his job HE FIRED THEM. I find NOTHING that implicates BUSH in any of this and am sick and tired of MSM lies and inuendo. jdn
