Thanks for the replies. I can see the advantages of allowing the junior to take the risk, especially knowledgeable juniors. But my problem as a speculator is to decide which is better, where they are doing the work on land belonging to a junior to earn a 75% interest, or where the junior is allowed to do the work, subject to a 75% buy-in. lol

Schaft Creek is indeed a good project. I'm surprised that Teck didn't choose to do it themselves, but I can see the benifits.

Now, which to choose ?
