I understand the need around the household for explosives, but why in the normal course of your life would one really need armour piercing bullets? I haven't been hunting in a few years, but who exactly uses armour piercing bullets, I mean for goose or bear aren't they a tad over the top. OTOH they are being approved for Washington DC, perhaps every politician should sign a waiver that they understand that in Washington DC there is a need for Armour Piercing bullets and explosives, and that he will not hold the government Responsible for injuries caused during pigeon hunting season.

"Judge Karen Henderson dissented, saying that because the District of Columbia isn't a state, the Second Amendment doesn't apply to it."

So does that mean since DC isn't a state, that the Constitution doesn't apply to it?

Do we actually pay for these morons?

There is nowhere for the Supremes to hide on this one.

If they take it, it will be 5/4 with Brennon as the swing vote. With O'Conner gone, we have a chance. I wouldn't be surprised to see the "enbanc" overrule it.
