Come visit us in Florida.

Even if it is relatively pricey in FL, its still cheap to flush a toilet.

In the West, its not about price. There is not enough water for the growing population. Even the Pacific Northwest has to watch its water consumption. Low flush toilets are mandatory for good reason.
