I have had correspondence with Rick where he has stated that he is still a large shareholder of HSOA and is very positive about the company and his holdings. He stated that he believes that the management team in place right now is the strongest ever and the company is very well-positioned to take advantage of the opportunities before them.

Nothing new to me quite frankly - the only difference is the timing.
