Fitzgerald is a Republican appointed by Bush. If he were to be biased he's be biased toward the White House. But the rightwing liars will smear anyone, even one of their own who's trying to do an honest job. Just like the Nazis or Soviets. Today's rightwing has absolutely no ethics in terms of reporting facts or admitting guilt. They will never admit guilt even if they're caught red-handed and convicted unanimously. That's what makes them so un-American. The Libby jury was harshly scrutinized to make sure there were no jurists who had any opinions whatsoever before the trial.

Bush Justice, FBI Admit They Broke Law for Bush news.yahoo.com This admission after Bush-Cheney and all their dishonest mouthpieces lied to the American people repeatedly about needing "vital tools against terrorists which now even the Attorney General and FBI admit were totally illegal and un-Constitutional. Gonzales must be afraid of going to prison. Once again, this crooks how crooked and dishonest the Bushies have been. And who did they spy on and harass? Domestic political opponents or terrorists? Probably the former. No Al Qaida cells whatsoever have been found in the US since 9-11. This is a huge story and sets up yet another valid means for impeaching Bush and sending Cheney to prison. QAuite simply they broke the law over and over and over again and they did it knowingly and for very suspect reasons.
