re #6071- I'm on the fence on this one. On the one hand, "Shareef's religious beliefs forbid him from entering a building with religious images" didn't mention whether he or she would attend if those religious images matched his own, however, I would be giving alot of thought to the situation if my kids were to attend graduation in a mosque. Interesting case.

So next year, if they cancel the Graduation series because there is no hall big enough to hold it, can the ACLU be held responsible for providing the Hall, since it was their objection that prevents the Church from being used.
