Okay so parolees could be banned from using legal drugs if the legal jurisdiction wishes to do so.

Re. cps - they usually try to determine if a home is a safe place for children to be placed back into - would a home that included habitual drug users (legal drugs like cocaine, meth etc) be considered a safe place for children?
