Neither Bush nor Clinton have an excuse. While you like to ignore a very important point regarding Clinton also being able to take him out before 9-11, I look at both. That is how we differ...you are blinded by your democrat party...too bad. All what you say doesn't change the fact that 9/11 happened on Bush's watch; that means the motivation for an American president to catch bin Laden should have beem greater by a number of factors. And yet, nada. Had 9/11 happened on Clinton's watch.......I am 100% sure bin Laden would have been caught and brought to justice, or killed.
