ME THREE!!!! Chris, you just spoke totally for me.....the whole thing smelled from the git-go. It was sickening to watch the Dems and the press get sucked into it so easily. I had admired Powell, read his autobiography, and was following his career with interest. As I watched his UN presentation, I detected what I thought was his lack of conviction and wondered if it was painful for him to stand there knowing he was selling out. And I remembered how, after he had retired, that it had taken him awhile to decide which party to affiliate with. I remember thinking 'poor guy, you've backed the wrong horse.....your political career will most likely end badly.'
