Yes, and the contrast as to how they went about it IS the issue, not that both may have believed that Saddam had WMD. Lawyers say "it's not what I believe to be true, but what I can prove" Leaders say "it's not what I wish to be true, but what I can accomplish" Clinton proved his approach was right, and Bush has shown what a disaster being wrong can be. Bush makes Clinton look better and better each day...

That's where their bread is buttered, by big oil sheiks who party in Dubai because prostitutes and alcohol are available. One such Arab I had a meeting with in London after 9-11. He told me that "all the guys in Dubai knew something big was about to happen" before 9-11. And so did the White House. But Bush did nothing to stop it.
