With Ethanol just germinating the inflow of oolah in Brazil will be a torrent. Note that factory capacity in Asia is already over built. Ethanol production capacity is in its infancy.

The country combines a diverse pallette of exports, evenly distributed towrds the major markets, albeit all the hoopla caused by iron ore. Robust and huge internal market, among the ten biggest in all major consumer goods.

Estimated foreign direct investment for February is US$1.45 billion, but could be higher as last week it already totaled US$1.3 billion.

In 2006, FDI totaled US$18.78 billion, which was the highest level since 2001 (US$22.46 billion) and higher than for 2005 (US$15.19 billion). (macauhub)
