But they forget about the fact that if U.S. troops were to pull out of Iraq, that civil war could become a regional war between Sunnis and Shia.

More fear mongering.......the ME Shia don't dare get into a civil war with the Sunnis. They are outnumbered 2 or 3 to one. Ted Koppel must be taking GOP fear pills if, in fact, he said what your post claims.
