That is true, John. Their service/help desk is poor at best, but I love the trading platform. It is extremely flexible and configurable, fills are virtually immediate, and their uptime record is examplary.

And like alanrs mentioned, no broker fee for put assignments or stock called away. And starting just this year, I believe, they have added a tax form online (available for 2006 records) that is in complete schedule D form, with accurate cost/proceeds data that includes option proceeds. Just print and attach to sched D. That alone saved me tons of time this year since I always used to do my data entry manually.

At $1/100 shares and less for over 1000 their rates are terrific, unless you are really doing size that I don't expect to get to <g>.
