Ted, > If there is a failure of gov't these days, it all goes back to Bush/Cheney. The federal bureaucracy grew by leaps and bounds under Bush, so yeah, in that sense it is their fault. Its more that that.....they picked Cabinet members who were inexperienced and/or incompetent who, in turn, picked inexperienced/incompetent Dept heads. The gov't worked much better under Clinton. He chose people who were good at what they did and not necessarily for their political ties. There is a cause and effect when it comes to the gov't. You get what you paid for.......under this administration, the American public got screwed big time.
