"...why don't you go over there and fight them there before they follow you home." I can't speak for long'un, but I almost did. Finally decided to leave it to the younger folks. And if I thought I was needed in my advanced years, I'd still go. I tried to get recalled to active duty during Gulf War I, and was told my speciality wasn't needed. Some of us leave it to people like you to enjoy the fruits of our freedom and never pay for it. Maybe if you'd help, instead of kibbitz and complain, the conflict would end sooner?
