The US views Turkey as a key ally.

As a consequence carving Kurdistan out of Iraq, although a sensible thought in my opinion, is unlikely to occur since the northern half of Kurdistan is southern Turkey. Turkey has already made clear their eternal wrath should this happen.

EP re Kurdistan

<Note that carving a Kurdistan out of Iraq creates a much better situation for the US and the Kurds....>

It is more likely that Iran, Turkey and Syria will end up carving Iraqi Kurdistan up between them.

"the US population would eagerly" buy an "embrace a clearly and accurately defined manichean agenda" sold by the media.

It is all about manipulation of the populaces. I don't mean only US polulace I mean populcaes all over te world.
Just discover how they tick and sell them what they would buy into.

re: A clear viewpoint
