Actually I posted that article because it exposes the hypocrisy that just oozes from the left. Libs everywhere, including the DNC & MSM soft peddled the Berger story. They squealed like stuck pigs over the Libby story. In both cases the American public was grossly misled about the facts behind both stories & in both cases it favored the blatantly false lib POV.

And I agree. If Libby did perjure himself, which I'm inclined to think he did, he should be punished

Exactly. BTW, why did Berger get off so lightly? That seemed like a very high level crime to me at the time. Then poof, it was as if it were nothing.
