Let's hope that Hazelton wins the case! When the Feds don't do anything to help stop the floods of people from coming in, and the Government Agencies won't let each other know what the other knows, there is NO way that the employers can uphold the laws... Employers are supposed to have an I-9 for every employee with a copy of their documents saying they are in the US and have a right to work here attached to the I-9....ICE isn't paying attention to those Federal required papers, the hospitals and Docs can't ask if the person has a right to be here in the US, etc etc etc..... It is so so SO stupid.....
